By using the Bogey Mates app or website you agree to these terms. This is a brief plain-English summary; the full lawyer-reviewed terms will be published before App Store launch.

The service

Bogey Mates provides scoring, handicap, GPS, society management, trip cost tracking, and side bet reconciliation features for groups of golfers. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Side bets and trip splits

Side bet tracking and trip cost ledgers are expense reconciliation tools. Bogey Mates does not process or hold funds. Settlement happens directly between users via PayID / Osko or other agreed methods. Users are solely responsible for honouring agreed settlements.

Pro subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store. You can cancel anytime; you retain Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop back to the free tier with your data intact.

Acceptable use

Don't use Bogey Mates to harass other users, post unlawful content, attempt to defraud other users, or evade competition rules in sanctioned events. We can suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for Pro in the 12 months prior to any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
